I believe the chapters we never planned can still become some of our best ones.

Meet Ashley

I created Pivot & Prosper because I know that life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined it would.

I’m Ashley—a mom of two, a lifelong learner, a leader, and someone who understands firsthand how uncomfortable - and scary - change can feel.

I’ve navigated divorce, left a home I once believed would be my forever home, moved cities, changed career paths, gone back to school as an adult, and found myself more than once asking, “Okay…now what?”

I know what it feels like to build a life you believe is settled, only to discover that the next chapter is going to look very different than the one you imagined.

Those experiences taught me that even when change is ultimately right, necessary, or exciting, it can still leave you feeling uncertain, stretched, and unsure of what comes next.

Sometimes change is something we choose. Sometimes it chooses us. And sometimes we simply wake up one day and realize that who we are, what we want, or the life we’re building looks different than it once did.

I believe those moments deserve more than a rushed answer. They deserve space to pause, think out loud, get honest about what matters now, and begin moving forward with intention.

My approach to coaching is grounded in real conversation, thoughtful questions, and the belief that you don’t need someone to tell you how to live your life. Often, you simply need the right—and safe—space to hear yourself clearly enough to decide.

That’s what I want Pivot & Prosper to be: a place where women feel heard, respected, supported, challenged when they need it, and hopeful about what comes next.

Why Pivot & Prosper

Pivot & Prosper was created at the intersection of professional experience, education, and real life.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams, navigate complex challenges, mentor others, and experience firsthand what it means to grow through seasons of change. Along the way, I earned my MBA and continued my education through doctoral study in business, fueled by a lifelong interest in leadership, growth, decision-making, and what helps people move forward.

But Pivot & Prosper wasn’t born from a textbook.

It grew from the understanding that even capable, accomplished women can reach a point where the path ahead feels unclear, even when we have done everything by the book. We can be successful and still feel uncertain. Grateful and still want something different. Confident in who we’ve been and unsure of who we’re becoming.

I bring both perspectives into my coaching: the structure and strategic thinking of my professional background, and the empathy and perspective that real life teaches us.

You don’t need someone to hand you the answers. You need the right space, questions, and support to uncover your own—and the confidence to act on them.

Beyond the Coaching Chair

Outside of Pivot & Prosper, I’m a proud mom of two, a career woman, a perpetual learner, and someone who usually has more than a few things happening at once.

I know what it looks like to build a career while raising a family, pursue big goals in the margins of an already-full life, and discover that growth doesn’t always happen in neat, perfectly timed seasons.

My life is full — work, motherhood, family, friends, learning, laughter, and probably a calendar with entirely too many colors on it. And I genuinely love it.

I also know that being grateful for the life you have doesn’t mean you stop dreaming about what else could be possible.

I believe women are allowed to love the life they’ve built and still ask, “What do I want next?”

That belief is at the heart of Pivot & Prosper, and so is my passion for helping other women see what’s possible for themselves. I want to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and free to be honest about where they are and what they want next. Helping a woman reconnect with herself, recognize her strengths, and move toward a life that feels more like her is work that matters deeply to me.

The P&P Promise

My promise is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, supported, and hopeful about what comes next.
